The Forward Gambia Movement has once again demonstrated its commitment to unity and cohesion in national politics. Ambassador Essa Bokar Sey, addressing colleagues of the Movement, commended the recent initiative by His Excellency Lord Mayor Talib Ahmed Bensouda, the coalition’s flag bearer, who shared a video on the Coalition Leaders’ WhatsApp group.
The video, produced by Babucarr Manka and coordinated by Nene Freda Gomez, was originally recorded during a meeting at the United Secretariat in Kololi. According to Ambassador Sey, the intention behind the video is to amplify the Movement’s collective approach a strategy rooted in cooperation, coordination, and togetherness.
“This gesture from our flag bearer is a very good one,” Ambassador Sey remarked. “The product prepared by Babucarr Manka is excellent, and the coordination by Nene Freda Gomez and others reflects the teamwork we need. This is the way we should be approaching Gambian voters both at home and abroad.”
Ambassador Sey emphasised that the collective approach is vital for the Movement’s success, applauding the team for their efforts in promoting unity. He expressed hope that this spirit of collaboration will continue to strengthen bonds within the coalition and resonate with Gambians everywhere.
