The restaurant offers authentic Turkish cuisine, combining traditional cooking methods with a modern ambiance.

He said the restaurant aims to share Turkish culture and provide a unique dining. He explained that Dune Lounge’s Turkish foods, bakeries, and coffee with real gold are more than just a treat; they are a cultural bridge.

He indicated that the restaurant serves as a community hub, fostering connections between Turkish and Gambian cultures.

He emphasised that Dune Lounge is bringing a taste of Turkey to The Gambia.

“Turkish breakfasts on Sundays are a hit with families at Dune Lounge, it is a great spot for leisure time and bonding,” he said.

He further stated that the restaurant also caters to professionals and groups, offering a venue for business meetings, social gatherings, events and celebrations.

He mentioned that his brother is the mastermind behind Dune Lounge’s success. Their focus on quality food and cultural exchange is really paying off. This commitment to sharing Turkish culture through food and hospitality is creating a buzz in The Gambia, he said.

Dune Lounge is not only serving up delicious Turkish food, but also creating jobs for 47 Gambians, contributing to the socio-economic development of the Gambia.
